At Yasif Tech, client satisfaction is our top priority. We offer Unlimited Minor Revisions during the design process to ensure you are 100% happy with the final result. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

01. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund — Project Not StartedYou requested a cancellation before we began any design or setup work. A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
  • Partial Refund — Work In ProgressIf significant work has already been completed (e.g., domain purchased, hosting set up, design started), a partial refund will be calculated based on the work done.
  • No Refund — Project DeliveredOnce the final website has been delivered, handed over, and the client has approved it, no refund will be issued. Minor revision requests will still be honoured.

02. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable as they are purchased from third-party providers on your behalf:

  • Domain Registration: Once a domain is registered with Hostinger, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Hosting Plans: Hosting purchased in your name through Hostinger is subject to Hostinger's own refund policy. Yasif Tech is not responsible for third-party refunds.
  • Custom Design Work: Any creative work (mockups, graphics, logo design) already delivered is non-refundable.

03. Revision Policy

Before considering a refund, we strongly encourage you to utilize our Unlimited Minor Revision policy. This includes:

  • Changes to text, colors, fonts, and images.
  • Layout adjustments and section restructuring.
  • Adding or removing content from agreed pages.

Note: Major scope changes (e.g., adding entirely new pages or features not in the original package) may be quoted separately.

04. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via WhatsApp with the following details:

  • Your full name and order details.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID).

All valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.
